Pre-Orders
Yes. All Double Dip Chips edible spoon products currently offered on our storefront are pre-order items.
They are not currently stocked for immediate shipment. Each flavor must reach the manufacturer-required minimum order quantity (MOQ) for that flavor before production can begin.
Once the applicable MOQ is met, the flavor can proceed into manufacturing. Customer orders are fulfilled and shipped after manufacturing and the remaining production and fulfillment steps are completed.

Manufacturer Production Requirements
No manufacturer-sized minimum purchase is required from individual customers.
The manufacturer-required MOQ applies to Double Dip Chips, LLC's production order with its manufacturer, not to an individual customer's retail purchase.
Customers may place normal consumer-sized pre-orders, subject to availability and any quantity restrictions expressly displayed on the applicable product page.
MOQ means minimum order quantity. The manufacturer requires Double Dip Chips, LLC to satisfy the applicable MOQ for an individual flavor before that flavor can proceed into manufacturing.
Customer pre-orders for a flavor help contribute toward the demand necessary for Double Dip Chips to satisfy that flavor's MOQ.
The MOQ is a business-to-manufacturer production requirement. It does not mean an individual customer has to purchase a manufacturing-sized quantity.
Yes.
Each edible spoon flavor is treated separately for manufacturing purposes and has its own applicable manufacturer-required MOQ.
Pre-orders for one flavor do not necessarily satisfy the MOQ for another flavor.
As a result, different flavors may meet their MOQ, enter production, and become available for fulfillment at different times.
Double Dip Chips may provide customers with appropriate information concerning pre-order and production status but is not required to publicly disclose confidential or commercially sensitive manufacturing terms except where disclosure is required by applicable law.
Customers do not need to know or purchase the manufacturer's MOQ to place an ordinary retail pre-order.
Production & Fulfillment
Once the applicable manufacturer-required MOQ has been satisfied, Double Dip Chips may proceed with the manufacturing order for that flavor.
Additional steps may then include production scheduling, manufacturing, quality-control procedures, packaging, transportation, receiving, inspection, order preparation, and final customer fulfillment.
Customer orders are shipped after the applicable production and fulfillment steps are completed.

Reaching the manufacturer-required MOQ allows the applicable flavor to proceed into manufacturing.
It does not mean the product has already been manufactured or is ready for immediate customer shipment.
Production, quality control, packaging, transportation, receiving, inspection, order preparation, and other applicable fulfillment steps may still be required before customer orders can ship.
All current edible spoon products are pre-order items. A pre-order can move toward fulfillment after the applicable flavor reaches its manufacturer-required MOQ and completes the subsequent manufacturing and fulfillment processes.
Once production and the remaining fulfillment steps are complete, applicable customer orders will be prepared and shipped.
If a specific shipping estimate is provided for your order, review the terms accompanying that estimate. Double Dip Chips handles shipping delays, cancellation opportunities, delay consent, and refunds in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.
Unless Double Dip Chips expressly provides a specific commitment otherwise, we do not guarantee that a particular flavor will reach its manufacturer-required MOQ by a particular date.
Demand may vary between flavors.
This does not eliminate any customer rights concerning delayed shipments, cancellations, or refunds that apply under law.
Ordering Multiple Flavors
Each flavor has its own manufacturer-required MOQ and may reach that MOQ at a different time.
Different flavors may therefore enter production, complete manufacturing, and become available for fulfillment at different times.
As a result, products included in the same order may become available for fulfillment at different times. Please review our Shipping & Pre-Order Policy for information regarding multi-flavor orders and fulfillment.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout or otherwise disclosed before completion of your purchase.

When tracking is available, customers will generally receive shipping information after their order has entered final shipment.
Please note that creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean a carrier has already taken physical possession of the package.
