What is a 30 day return policy?
A 30 day return policy is a timeframe in which customers can return a product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. No open food items accepted at this time.
How can a customer initiate a return within the 30 day period?
Customers can typically initiate a return by contacting the us at the online store's customer service department, or by following the return instructions on the receipt or website.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods with 10% restocking fee. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 Business days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
Is the recipient ever responsible for paying for return postage?
In some cases, such as if the customer refuses the package or if the item was delivered incorrectly due to customer error, they may be responsible for paying for return postage.

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed. In some cases, it may take several business to complete transaction.
