Return & Refund Policy

At Double Dip Chips, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be able to return it in accordance with this policy and your rights under UK consumer law.

1. Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must send the item back within 14 days.

Returned items should be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • Returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Certain products may be excluded from the right to cancel where permitted by law, including personalised or customised products and other items that cannot legally be returned.

2. Return Shipping

3. Refunds

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost.

We may delay the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not normally offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, colour, or variation, you may return the original item where eligible and place a new order.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

6. Personalised or Custom-Made Products

Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return where an applicable legal exception applies.

However, this exclusion does not apply where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

7. Non-Returnable Items
